What we collect

When you make a booking we collect your name, email, optional phone number, year level, the services selected, your preferred date/time, and any notes you provide about the help you need.

How we use it

• To schedule and confirm your session with Julian
• To send you booking confirmations and updates by email
• To send notifications to Julian (julian.shi@pembroke.sa.edu.au)
• To improve the service and manage the timetable

What we never show publicly

• Student names, email addresses or phone numbers
• Booking notes or private information
• Julian's personal address or phone number

Storage & security

Booking information is stored in a protected database. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Admin areas are securely gated behind login. Meeting links are shared privately and not published.

Data retention

Booking records are kept to manage the timetable and resolve enquiries. You may ask for your data to be reviewed or removed.

Consent

By booking, you confirm you have consent from a parent or guardian if you are under 18. If you have questions about this policy, please get in touch.
